I was gonna buy it but yk… the taxman…

NIK J :

funny but I must say here I'm finding it very strange having been created by Beatles fans who were the first era fan that bought the single's even before there was an album available how all the people on tiktok who are making anemoia videos and then the blocking me disliking me for talking about the Beatles and how it was is very very strange I don't understand how people just like on Facebook can take over someone else's life post photos from someone else's family and life and then start policing it and telling you the most bizarre garbage I can understand with young girls they want to get dressed up and play fancy dress there's not much of an era now you couldn't dress 2020 Style and you couldn't drive down the road and point at a 1990's house and say that's a 90s house it's very strange but you know I don't know why a young girl would say that she wants to look like and be the girlfriend of The Beatle I'm not too sure if girls back then even saw things that way because I don't even know if some young people realize there was an early GarageBand era beatles so you had a certain wearing well dressed and then you had the Proto hippie garage band very loud rough singing basic playing and a very casual look which I guess the Beatles embraced when all the bands went global at the end of the 60s and you had a massive contingent of mega star bands many of which came out of Laurel canyon but I find its strange how the beatles an animals had an international touring career I guess you could say that quite a few other bands did as well but they are more in their genre and not really a household name it's just the way it used to be that that original mid 60s regional area kind of scene in which teenagers bought a single a gave way to long play records that were famous forever and globally and they would be on AM radio every day forever once you've got on TV I guess but the rest of society because they had children and got married by 21 they just stayed home and stop buying singles they stopped going out and just were happy to watch Monkees on tv but you just say this some young girls they have an attitude of who do you Think you are - funny don't U think

Andy :

Rubber Soul was the point when the Beatles left every other band in 1965 so far behind, they had become unreachable
