if your family is strict about your phone, plz be careful what u say messages/yt history/people you follow. ik for many of us the only safe place we have is our phones, but if your parents randomly check them or take them. change your password once in a while. and don't give them suspicion about it, show them some islam content even if u don't agree with it, so they'd think that's what's on your feed. and just be cool about it overall as a façade but very careful in private.

i have stopped when my parents stopped controlling and just asking if i already did it or not but i learned on memory the time of every prayer so they can never catch me off guard, i was able to go to a uni in a city 2 hours on bus away from my house so i can be without the hijab without risking anything, gonna keep on living with them untill i have enough money to leave with my little sister, thanfully we have each other so it never gets too hard for me
