Older millennial here. I grew up in communist Albania and all we had was state media. If anyone was caught watching an “illegal” channel they were sent to jail and in some cases disappeared all together. I moved to the US for democracy but it feels like we’re loosing it every day, little by little. And people don’t realize it until it’s too late. 💔

The problem is they tricked everyone into protesting on a app instead of causing a disruption to everyday life, no taking to the streets, no calling off work, no withholding consumerism, just complain and speak out only on non tangible platforms, while simultaneously continuing/resuming the pace of our everyday lives. Stuff changed when our economy would tank because everyone said we’re not working anymore or were blocking all access to flow of traffic (no deliveries no trucks) that would make someone have to get up and fix things.

Lesson here Is when you elect ppl to be a public servant make sure they actually have the social skills to interact with the public. DJT has never had any experience working with the public and if it hadn't become the tragic outcome that it has it would be comical Natalie Harp was never given the chance to learn social skills she's been totally dependent on her parents and the mega church influence up until she worked for tRumps campaign in 2016 and still lived at home until becoming an aid. TBH Corp media should have been more aggressive towards the abhorrent behavior of the so-called POTUS if they were more concerned about the integrity of journalism instead of careers they should have seen this coming when the individual who has yet to abide by the constitution threw them out of the white house which is the taxpayers not his permanent resident just like the position he has it's just a temp job and he's just a visitor.

Have you LISTENED to the "news coverage" from those particular networks? They have yet to report the truth about anything about him? They press until they get a sound bite take it out of context and then lie their asses off. By the time the truth comes out they've moved on to the next slide and you forgotten what the last lie was except for the trope that stuck around because of it. The heads of these agencies have literally been caught on tape saying that their job is no longer to just report the news straight, but rather to act as activists against Trump. These are no longer news agencies. They rely on a reputation that is fed by the mainstream media in order to continue to be considered news.
