And it’s ridiculous how many restaurants & shops don’t take cash. I always try to keep cash on hand because people want to charge you for card transactions.

actually we are cash only around here. most prefer cash. stopping the merchant fees that are not acceptable when it was a debit card. we use cash and checks in our area.

card transactions have merchant fees but then again handling cash incurs costs too since you have to physically take it to the bank and be sure that nobody steals it

The money we have today isnt stable either. They call it inflation. But either way, when they will remove cash, i think the gift cards will sell very well.
