I think the scale of alcohol abuse and heavy drinking is massively underestimated because of the stigma surrounding it. Most people aren’t honest when asked about how much they drink.

I'm 69 and have been an alcoholic since 33, when I came back to Poland for the first time from Iran. I binge drink for weeks then have some good months of not drinking at all. At the moment I'm binge drinking, please help me! PLEASE!!!
