@israelinusa: Four rare medieval and Renaissance Hebrew manuscripts are coming to auction this December, offering a glimpse into centuries of Jewish scholarship, artistry, and tradition. The collection includes a richly illustrated 15th-century Italian Mahzor, a monumental Hebrew Bible from Germany dating to around 1300, and an illuminated manuscript of Moses of Coucy’s Sefer Mitzvot Gadol. Remarkable works that preserve the richness of Jewish heritage across centuries. 🎥 @sothebys

In the conflict involving Iran, the US, and Israel, we have observed missiles and drones launched from Iran causing damage within Israeli territory and at US military bases across the Gulf states. Conversely, we have seen that similar attacks aimed at Gulf nations—such as Qatar—were easily thwarted by the modern air defense systems they acquired from the US, resulting in no significant damage.
While we are pleased that the Gulf states escaped harm, the situation raises a question: just as "match-fixing" occurs in sports, what if—during the conflict—real drones and missiles were fired at one side while "fake" (artificial) ones were fired at the other? In this era, it is difficult to claim that anything remains beyond the influence of the Gulf states' oil wealth. Overall, there is a worrying possibility that the world is digging its own grave: by conspiring to prevent other oil-rich nations from producing, and by purchasing vast quantities of oil from the Gulf states—thereby enriching them far beyond their natural capacity—the global community may be unwittingly digging its own grave.(from African)

In my view, the misuse of oil wealth in parts of the Middle East poses a serious threat to global security by enabling extremist networks. Western leaders—including former French presideent facing accusations involving Libyan funds—cannot ignore their historical entanglements in these dynamics. I believe that stopping terrorism and political corruption at its source requires decisive global action to disrupt these financial networks and restrict the international flow of Middle Eastern oil.
