basically after the concert, send-off will be seated in a lowerbowl section and your row will get called on based on how loudly you cheer (at least that was how it went for NY). i think i was around the 7th row called and luckily i was able to secure a barricade spot near the front but note that the staff will tell you to keep moving in to fill up the space! hi-bye VIP was first so we just waited in this send-off area for 20 mins before they came in!
