hello chat, just got vodyanitsa and yep her kit is designed to be like that, it only heals the active character in your own party and no its not locked behind cons (ive read all their effects)

if I'm not mistaken, vody kit say the heal will follow active character in co op the "active character" is her self😂 so if you guys play vody please stay close to your team mates. although I never experienced it but I think that most likely the case

@Skye Freya:this should be be attention to developer but 4 microphone in co op that apply hydro to enemy is to broken ig. but the heal should be universal or have more bigger range
