Make sure it’s not just regular castor oil it have to be organic. I believe it’s called pressed or something like that. I have a big bottle in my bathroom and I use it all the time. I mix it with my body lotion and it works great, but don’t drink it.

Honestly, you have a lump somewhere put castor oil on it every night. See if it does anything to the lump. It’s pretty amazing stuff. I figure if the lump doesn’t go away, then go to the doctor.

I use it every day as a moisturizer after the shower. I mix a little with coconut oil and apply it everywhere. But if you’re new to using it, start out with just a little bit and gradually increase the amount you use.

after I get out the shower I will put it ALL over my entire body! I mean i havent noticed any super drastic changes but nothing is getting worse like it was either!! I even use it before shower for deep hair conditioning and put it on my eyelids and eye lashes
