Your head fascia release video has helped a lot! I feel like I’m letting so out so much tension

So strange this came on my fyp after I release my scalp and I was in my head like “I know this shedding is cause of the release” and I was calm about it. Lil reassurance post

My hair went from dirty dishwater blonde to dark brown in less than a year. I’ve been shedding like crazy for six months, and I begged my doctor to check my thyroid form because those weird kinky ears are a sign of a thyroid issue as well except he won’t do a full panel.

I’m so glad I’ve seen this. My thyroid is fine, hormones are decent. But I’ve had serious shedding for over a year now. I did scalp massages but it was discouraging because of how much loss it showed. Clearly i should stick with it.

All of my new hair that comes in is black, coarse, and curly. It makes me hair so frizzy.. I also suffer from Trichotillomania and always thought that’s why the new hair comes in this way. I hate washing my hair cause I shed so much and I wonder how I have any hair left afterwards.

I’ve been doing a lot of fascia release and have a small patch of alopecia. Do u think this could be related to the emotional release as well?

I’ve listened twice and may have missed it. I was waiting for you to mention the scalp microbiome. I am no expert. Just starting to poke around about the life on our scalp. I’m also convinced our hair is alive and serves as an antenna. May have lost some people with that one, but it’s true. Xo

what did you mean by conehead? because I've actually noticing the top of my head is taking that shape with the bones on top over the past few months or more

I have those tiny hairs at my crown. I didn’t have breakage or shedding but it was like where was there space for all of this new hair! 😂 My scalp gets tingly often too. It happened for me during pregnancy… so I am thinking it’s blood flow increase from releasing fascia.

I got an EMS treatment when I was receiving a facial and the next day it felt like someone hit me in the back of the head with a rock, that was the moment I knew the tension was stemming from the other side of my scalp and not my jaw. Love this !!

Can you do another video about how you work the scalp? Mine is so tight and tense that anything I do seems to make no difference. I would love to be able to pinch my scalp but it currently feels like concrete!

Thank you for sharing! I've been going through the baby hairs coming and leaving for a year now. This time I noticed it's actually growing out longer. 🫶

Please don’t stop sharing, love when people deep dive and are also in the middle of the journey. 😘✨ Been doing boars bristle brushing and bamboo head massaging for a few years which has helped but I think things would be that much more improved with using hands more intentionally. Adding this into the healthy hair journey, thank you for sharing!

You have no idea how relieving it is to hear this!! Literally line for line everything you mentioned is stuff I’ve been dealing with and I’ve also just started fascia release in the scalp after noticing more shedding! Makes sense why I’m seeing more shedding rather than less after doing releases!

There’s no way I can pinch my scalp!! I can’t do it anywhere on my head. How do I start without being able to pinch?
