I walk my dogs in the neighborhood and in the woods close to 50 miles a week and half of the people I pass won’t even look up or acknowledge it’s unreal! I go out of my way and say something when I noticed that, but they still don’t even acknowledge it at least most of them. I agree with you wholeheartedly I think that people should look and smile and say hi back I think that’s the polite thing to do but (not to sound like a sycophant) I’ve noticed that some people have a harder time doing that when they think the other person is attractive it’s a shyness thing for some people.
