I use short sheetrock screw on one side because the tape hooks on it , masking tape with pin mark , measure at the back of leafspring then roll them to the front and measure again I run 1/4 toe in the front , its the same as you basically just easier for one person to measure

I work at a freightliner dealer and we all hate the Hunter computer alignment machine. It never gets used and it’s always off by over 3/4 inch. Hunter rep said that’s within spec 😂

Key is your doing it yourself, all sounds legit to me, with fuel prices are what they are, save where you can!

As a younger owner operator who is completely fresh into this game, I genuinely appreciate these videos Bob. I bought my rig with 409k miles in December and am ay 502k today, ive lost a lot of money through shops in breakdowns on the road, but your videos are giving me more confidence in trying to do this stuff on my own. im not ready to do my own alignment yet, but smaller repairs I am. Thank you, genuinely.

I’m guessing you just measure line to line on the front and on the rear of the front tire since they both move when you turn crossbar. I’ve done alignments on my sxs but you can adjust each side individually.
