Havalar birazcık serinleyince biz 🫠 Sebzeli Tavuk Çorbası ♥️ When the weather gets just a little cooler, us: 😄🍲 Vegetable Chicken Soup ♥️ 🥔 1 patates 🥕 1 havuç 🧅 1 soğan 🌶️ 1 kapya biber 🍗 1 tavuk göğüs bonfile 🧂 1 çay kaşığı tuz 🖤 Yarım çay kaşığı karabiber 🌿 Yarım çay kaşığı kimyon 🌶️ 1 çay kaşığı tatlı toz kırmızı biber 🌿 Maydanoz 💧 1 litre su Sebzelerin hepsini tencereye alıyoruz. Üzerine tavuğu ve baharatları ekleyip 1 litre suyu ilave ediyoruz. 30-40 dakika, tavuk ve sebzeler iyice yumuşayana kadar pişiriyoruz. Tavuğun tamamen piştiğinden emin olduktan sonra tencereden çıkarıyoruz. Sebzeleri blenderdan geçiriyoruz. Tavuğu didikleyip tekrar çorbaya ekliyoruz ve son olarak maydanozu da ilave edip güzelce karıştırıyoruz. Sıcacık, kıvamlı ve tek tencerede mis gibi bir çorba hazır. ♥️ E o zaman afiyet ♥️ #çorba #sebzeçorbası ✨✨✨✨ 🥔 1 potato 🥕 1 carrot 🧅 1 onion 🌶️ 1 red bell pepper 🍗 1 chicken breast fillet 🧂 1 tsp salt 🖤 ½ tsp black pepper 🌿 ½ tsp cumin 🌶️ 1 tsp sweet paprika 🌿 Fresh parsley 💧 1 liter water Add all the vegetables to a pot. Place the chicken on top, add the seasonings, then pour in 1 liter of water. Cook for 30–40 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are soft. Remove the chicken from the pot and blend the vegetables until smooth. Shred the chicken and add it back to the soup. Finally, add the fresh parsley and give everything a good stir.
