Hear me out. Maybe just for a bit take the time to slowly integrate boo and Rosie. And take a small break during this time from fostering so you can integrate them successfully. That way you don’t have to much going on. Because that is your cat she loves you so much. And you can tell you love her so much you guys just glow together. Then once they mesh you can start fostering. I think if you take the time to slowly integrate them it will go great.

Seeing how Boo has developed, I would find it very hard not to see her on your account anymore at some point. To me, you two are a perfect match. I certainly don't want to put any pressure on you, but after Roocifer, Miss Honey, and the kittens, it really seems to me like you and Boo are simply made for each other.

Hey so not to be a downer but even though spider plants are safe for cats they actually shouldn’t be freely eating them. It can still cause vomiting, stomach pain, or diarrhea. Also you would need to be mindful of fertilizer, soil, etc that has been used.
