my dear kusema ukweli that place especially next to the river isn't safe either day or night,I have a project there it's very difficult and risk even to reach at work place. you can't pass without giving them money or vehicle can't park without giving them money,they enter at work place they took materials and if you resist you're in trouble. this year April one guy came with machete and cut my colleague on the head,the guy walked free. police were informed the incident but they feared to come.that place is a no go zone, maybe there's something serious that has happened but that area is full of criminal activities.
