I love this Queen reminding me to love myself. I used to wonder how to do that. As of late, I have realized if I want to stop feeling rejected, discarded, disrespected, then I gots to walk away and have radical acceptance that he will never change. I have taken my energy back. I've stopped chasing what doesn't serve me & doesn't line up with my values. I decided to save myself the heartbreak, severed the hope that it would ever be different. Then I put that energy, that mental real estate I wasted on him back into me. Focused in on my goals and my own growth. I will never abandon my intuition again.

Children don’t need a father in the home as much as they need a mother who knows what she deserves… even if that means staying away from said father. moms have to practice what they preach. Love yourself so your kid knows how to love themselves
