My son is 16 now, active, healthy, and mindful of how he takes care of himself. He’s grown up watching me run, hike, jump rope, hit the gym, dive… and I truly believe that example matters. I may not leave him a fortune, but I can leave him healthy habits. And I’m pretty proud of that. 🥹❤️

oh there was a video recently, with gymbros, they thought they were flexing with how much time they spent at the gym. yet the entire comment feed was clearly either they're red flag or they're single. they are not this guy. this guy could spend 70% of his time at the gym, and if this is how he spends it then he has one very happy wife.
