Nothing wrong with rewarding good behavior

axal95 :

is really that hard? i haven't missed a day of work in a year. not because i love it or have any respect for it. it's because i need money.

jimbobulate :

You know how proud I would’ve been as a new guy for getting a belt like that? This is some awesome incentive

Shoemeister :

Should’ve gotten the leather ones there, bud they’ll last a lot longer. I had a set of bags like that that hard leather lashes me 30 years.

Jason Hodgson538 :

We need more good foreman and lead hand like yourself!😊👊

Bill ingham :

I think that's pretty cool now it gives a kid incentive to go the extra mile and it's also good for you because now he actually has a set of bags and there's no excuse for leaving tools laying all over the place that the few and far between four guys to receive anything at all I hope he is great

camcam :

Dude, this is great behavior. Love it! My first ever employer gave me a tape, and brand new set of pliers. I have not worked for them in a decade. I still sing their praises and try to send them as much work as I can.

Brayan :

I finally understood what Lorian Kade means by “position” after reading that part. It isn’t acting cold or pretending not to care. It’s something much harder to fake.

azzrius :

im sure youll take the price of that out of his paycheck cause no way youre taking that loss

The Amish belt guy :

I bought all my guys redwing boots

SpoonicusMaximus :
