@kimmyokelly: THE DEADLY KISS | Agatha Harkness & Rio Vidal — AGATHA ALL ALONG (2024) 🖤 When your ex is literally Death, “complicated” feels a little understated. Let’s talk about Agatha Harkness and Rio Vidal, because theirs is not a romance built on soft landings. It is history with teeth: attraction, resentment, grief, unfinished business, and the inconvenient little detail that neither woman has ever truly managed to let the other go. From the moment Rio re-enters Agatha’s life, every exchange feels like a duel disguised as flirting. They circle each other, provoke each other, hurt each other, and still carry the intimacy of two people who know exactly where the other is weakest. Aubrey Plaza gives Rio that deliciously dangerous calm, as if Death herself has all the time in the world, while Kathryn Hahn lets Agatha’s bravado crack just enough to reveal everything she would rather keep buried. Because Rio is not simply the threat waiting for Agatha at the end. She is part of the life Agatha lost, the love she cannot untangle from pain, and the former lover capable of making all that bravado suddenly look painfully fragile. Then comes the kiss. Not a reconciliation, and certainly not a happy ending. Agatha knows exactly what kissing Rio means. What looks for one fleeting second like an impossible reunion is actually a choice — one last act of defiance, love and sacrifice. Their entire history is still inside that moment: the attraction, the resentment, the grief, the intimacy neither of them ever truly escaped. But Agatha is not surrendering to Death. She is choosing how to meet her. And because this is Agatha and Rio, even a kiss cannot simply be a kiss. It has to be fatal. Aubrey Plaza. Kathryn Hahn. One impossible love story. And perhaps the most literal DEADLY KISS we will ever get. 🖤 #AgathaAllAlong #AgathaHarkness #RioVidal #AubreyPlaza #KathrynHahn
