Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 - ✰ 2 sweet potato’s  ✰ 2 eggs  ✰ 3 tbsp egg whites  ✰ 16 oz extra lean ground beef - onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper for seasoning  ✰ 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt  ✰ 4 fat free cheese slices  ✰ 1 medium tomato ✰ lettuce ✰ Sauce: 5/8 cup 0% Greek yogurt, 3 tbsp sf ketchup, 1 tbsp mustard, vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper  ✰ additional toppings of choice 1. Puncture holes in sweet potatoes and air fry or bake on 400F for about an hour or until soft.  2. Preheat pan to high.  3. Season ground beef, mix together and split into 4 pieces.  4. Add a piece onto pan, smash down with a spatula. Repeat for all pieces. 5. Flip patty after 2-3 minutes and repeat until desired finish then add cheese on top.  6.
