Because Oracle is over leveraged supplying for AI companies that they can’t afford the merger between Paramount and WB without overextending and crashing the entire AI market. So they ask Elon who is getting direct funding from the US government through SpaceX to invest in them to give them breathing room and not collapse the economy. That’s how absolutely stupid this timeline has gotten.
