I just went back on full blown AIP. I was on it for 3yrs before I got pregnant with my 2nd child. Then during pregnancy I needed to add some things back in. Following pregnancy, I was regular paleo. I gained. Now its 6yrs of basically paleo, 13mos on carnivore sprinkled in there. Now I'm back on AIP knowing I'm dealing with Lipedema (and a handful of other autoimmune things) and trying hard to stick with it. I did it before so I can do it again.
