@eli.getsbig: forty minutes door to door sounds like not enough, and it is not enough for the session you have in your head. it is plenty for the session that actually builds something. five minutes in, twenty-five training, ten out. the training is four machines, two sets each, paired — leg press straight into chest press, then sixty seconds, then the next pair. that is the whole session and not one rep of it is rushed. the rules card is what makes it repeatable. bag in the car the night before so you leave the house without a single decision. no warm-up machine — the first set, lighter, is the warm-up. and leave at :25 whether the last pair is done or not, because the plan only survives if it never once makes you late. two sets each, three mornings a week, is genuinely enough right now. what you cannot do is the sixty-minute session twice and then nothing for three weeks. last slide is the whole week on one screenshot. Here is the whole 3-day plan written out, so you do not have to swipe back and forth in the gym: Day 1 — A 🦵 Leg press, chest press, lat pulldown + shoulder press. Day 2 — B 🦵 Leg extension, seated row, pec deck + seated leg curl. Day 3 — C 🦾 Smith machine squat, chest-supported row, rope pushdown + preacher curl machine. Bag in the car the night before. No warm-up machine. The first set is the warm-up. Supersets, always. Leave at :25 whether it is done or not. Three mornings. Two sets each. It is enough at this stage, and it is repeatable, which is the only thing that matters. Save this so you know exactly what to do on your next session — and send it to the mate who keeps saying he'll start Monday. 🫶 what time does your alarm go off? #mensfitness #machineworkout #gymbeginner #pushpulllegs #beginnerlifter
