nope, actually they're called Rewayat and they're about recitation for different accents of Arabic. they don't really have core differences, but the difference is how you pronounce words

The Qur'an is the only one, memorized since the time of the prophet till now. And if all Qur'an book are gone we have millions of HUFADHAS knowing the Qur'an by the heart which no other book has been memorized since the time of the prophet. We don't have James version, Greek versions and thousands of Bible which are all different
