Benzo withdrawals are terrible. Your whole body is restless,you want to chop your legs of due to the pain & it goes on for weeks & weeks.

you need a night nurse, we were never surpose to raise our young totally alone, we are creatures that group together,crave that community. You need a person living with you that takes shared shifts.
