I have a 4 month old I started with substrate and she buried up not long after I got her I didn’t see her for 3-4 days so someone told me to find her cause she hadn’t eaten in 3-4 days so I did and removed the substrate when am I safe to put the substrate back for her ?

I have honestly never seen dandelion greens for sale at any grocery stores near me. It's honestly hard to find collards or mustard greens sometimes. during the summer I can I collect plantain, dandelion and wild violate from my yard.
