But what will prevent pressure pain from the mechanism when worn for long periods? Because there is a metal hinge mechanism right under your heel when worn as flats. And as thin as the sole is, I don’t think that will do the job, especially for women with more weight on them😅 besides that, the placement of the heel when worn as a heel will also cause pressure pain in the same way. How is this a comfortable shoe?

If you made the sole the same colour as the shoe and the heel not in the center of the foot but more pushed back closer to the end of a heel like a normal heel, these shoes would be the best convertible heel shoe
