The part that got me was the judge not letting him do any of the demonstrations, calling them argumentative. Kind of felt like the judge was somewhat impartial.

I felt like he ruined his argument about how hard it is to lift someone by then saying he was a doctor who lifts people all the time from bed to gurney etc (but I only saw a clip, so maybe I missed the larger context of what he said after)

I’m in Tampa and we’re all dying here watching this. The Judge threw him a bone with the JOA. He had some potential good arguments but couldn’t deliver on them. Pinellas County is far from Gator country.

I think people forget Casey Anthony got away with it, because they couldn’t prove how her child passed away by the time they found the body it was skeletal! He should’ve requested a jury trial.

(I would love a closet tour) Secondly he failed to use the Chewbacca defense 🤦♀️opportunity missed, aside from them not actually finding the body I’m almost certain they’ll find him guilty but who knows this is Florida sometimes we convict and sometimes we acquit.

His strongest point was getting the wagon in the truck alone, but I don’t think it’s impossible. I’m 5’7 and 150 and I’ve put a 400 lb motorcycle in the back of a truck with no ramp with only the help of one other. If he had the wagon elevated enough to get the front on and then lifted the back, or had any sort of ramp made, it’s very conceivable. It’s impressive, but not impossible
