I noticed that many Jewish people rock back and forth or bow slightly while praying. Why is that

how could you know the soul would feel bad? shouldn't the soul be in heaven not just roaming around a cemetery

currently work at a hassidic owned company, with orthodox and reformed jewish people (myself). I have a question what is the black belt that Moses was wearing at the cemetery?

I’ve seen cemeteries where are separate, distinct fenced off sections for the graves of Jewish people. Why is that? Is it required?

Is it true that you cannot be buried in a Jewish cemetery if you have tattoos? If so, how did the Jewish community handle holocaust survivors?

In some South African cultures, we also do somethng similar this. We also leave a pick up a rock, and say a short prayer. We wash our hands when we get home before getting into the yard with tap water with chunks of Aloe vera before entering the yard.

This is interesting, and I would love to see more posts about what happens to the soul (and what it can and cannot perceive/experience) after death.

Washing your hands is fairly common in Eastern European cemeteries as well (not sure for all of Europe).
