FYI (and I know it's not the point of the vid but just for info) it's recommended to brush before breakfast bc you're washing off bacteria from sleeping, but also protecting your teeth from the food you're about to eat (breakfast), and if you brush after you're also brushing food into your teeth! Brushing should always be before bed and right after waking for it to do it's job 🦋 No hate, many people don't know this!
