jersey, gournsey and manx notes are separate currencies so English businesses won't accept them but northern irish and scotish notes are the same currency as British notes however it at the businesses discretion to accept these in england

I once only had Scottish notes as I had just got back from Scotland it took me driver a second to think and except it I got home and went in Greggs the lady had to get her manager asking can we take Scottish notes lol wen I go home to Scotland always bring notes back for the laugh of it lol
