The book says Mr Morgan was the editor of the Daily Mirror when it published an intrusive image of Princess Diana – which he wasn’t - and which, Earl Spencer has since acknowledged and apologised for. Mr Morgan is proceeding with legal action over the mistake with any compensation to be donated to the King’s Trust.
