I use Gemini for this. Just take a picture basically any list ,or data sheet ,even a hand written list or letter,send it to Gemini and ask it to make a PDF FILE.

it’s much easier to add to either Google Drive or TAWK knowledge base. Forget all old technology, it’s time to make the change. Within Google Drive you can use Gemini Ai to keep you organised
