I was in NYC a few weeks ago and Even though I didn't do a walk like this, I did start at Grand Central station and walked up to 64th and 3rd for lunch and then after lunch walked over to first and then all the way down to canal to where my hotel was. that was about all my 70-year-old body could handle for one day. it turned out to be about 11 mi
