100g of flour is always going to be e 100g of flour. It does t matter if it’s packed in like that or sifted. That’s why I love using recipes that have weight measurements in them and hate the ones that don’t use it. Electronic scales are dirt cheap so there no reason to not have one

scoop and scrape off top like you did it is supposed to be 142. if you spoon it in the measuring cup it's 120 or 125.
