Start using that ordinary hair density it’ll help you grow back hair and if you’re having shedding pumpkin seed oil saw pallemento supplements help a lot if you wanted to go faster, take something with lustrivia I like force factor chews

I cannot recommend bask and lather enough. I went from having legit bald spots back in January to having healthy regrowth today. I also take supplements to help support healthy hair growth. I have some pretty major health issues which is why I have thinning hair and the bald spots in the first place. If I can regrow my hair I firmly believe that most people can! best of luck!!! Please read all the warnings with minoxidil because there are a ton!!!

I quit doing my nails a couple years ago and grew my nails out and I now paint them myself and love it! I still get a pedicure bc I won’t give that up but yea girl embrace it!!

I used to always have extensions, and when I took them out, it was very hard because my hair was so thin after but I now will never go back. Too much upkeep! Clip ins when needed

I highly recommend dr. Groot hair system. I am losing lots of hair due to post menopause and I went from having four big piles of shed in the shower to one in 1 week! It’s expensive but amazing
