Yeah we booked with them a month in advance…. Did 2h30 of car just to get cancelled last minute because apparently all the staff that does the riding took off that day🥴 not a good experience for us. Very unprofessional

Im not saying that to attack you at all, but this is NOT a good place. I can tell just by the fact they didn’t give you helmets, the way the demonstrator is dressed and the way he rides. This is NOT safe. Horses are prey animals and could spook at anything anytime. Even professional riders and confirmed horses have accidents. Again this is not about you, there’s no way you could’ve known. It’s them, they don’t care about their customers safety
