I have a 2021 Clayton home and let me tell yall within the first few months they had to come out 4x because THE ROOF LEAKED. “Patched it” eventually I hired someone to just come fix it because their workers never “found the leak”

We’re in the process and was going to go though Clayton homes were in Texas I’ve heard good and bad things regarding Clayton went and toured the factory and found the home we want to go with but we don’t really know where to start. We own our land and just want a manufactured home loan only. We want full sheet rock as well. We loved the Valentino. And that’s the one we’re shooting for. We want to be in our new home by Christmas. Would love some insight.

I spent 6 months figuring out what to look for and what to ask and I still missed a few things, it’s so little information out there which is why folks think today’s manufactured homes are like they were pre 2008 & that’s further from the truth! Following cause this is needed

My fiance are currently trying to decide between the Cavalier Bryant and Cavco Luxus. What’s your thoughts on the 2 of these? So far we’ve had a great experience with the dealer and have done research on their setup crews and outside contractors so we’re impressed on that side. Mostly deciding if we choose the Cavco and have the included back deck or build our own deck on the Bryant

I’m in Florida looking at homes. Will definitely follow for some tips. I’m interested in the Hewitt 4/3 with porch by Clayton/Buccaneer. Any thoughts?

Does this apply for Modular’s as well?

We are in South Ga and really considering manufactured or modular. We wanted to build but it’s so expensive. So far we’ve been leaning toward Sunshine, Franklin, and Cavco. We had always heard Clayton’s have problems. But it sounds like you’re saying they aren’t as bad as you think…
