Does it place a censor under the return pipes? Thats how my mold started, a rat chewed through the tub drain pipe. All the water went under my house everytime I drained the bath or took a shower… yay my husband is a contractor and him and all his friends said they never saw such a thing in 25 years of work… but that’s my luck .
