My dentist said they barely found anything to scrape. Brush my teeth twice a day and floss every night. So for any viewers watching, clove water may help but nothing will replace brushing and flossing.

Cloves stain teeth though, am confused. It stained my teeth so bad when I took it for gum inflammation. Got rid of the inflammation so quickly but it also left me with pretty bad stains on the side I would chew it on.
