I pay $300 for a specialist and when I told him in our last appointment that my pain is getting worse instead of prescribing pain meds he upped the dose on my antidepressants to help me sleep better. The man is a Rheumatologist but saw an eight year old diagnosis for Anxiety based Depression and ran with it.
