I think the doctor has done something like this before and has used the same dumpster before. Because if he's that confident that he could defend himself, then he's gotten away with a crime before. He thought he was clever but evidence got him.

Thank you for being a critical thinking surgeon. I retired after 29 years, fantastic years, but wow-some of the personalities I’ve come across! And it’s funny how it’s more or less depending on the specialty 😂🙂 I came from Ortho, Neuro and Plastics.

Did you watch the entire trial? Because if he had a jury trial he would've been found "Not Guilty" in my opinion. Also what you showed doesn't show him being clueless unless you know the context in what was being said. Clearly no one can with the little that was said. By me watching I know that was misleading saying "He was absolutely clueless on the stand", especially when he wasn't "On the stand". But you have your opinion as we all. I think he will win on appeal for a myriad of reasons. Again just my opinion. If anything I commented offended you in any way, Mea Culpa to the 5th power. Thanks if you read my start of a novel😂

I think the one key takeaway is that expertise in one subject doesn’t imply competence in another. I’ve been a prosecutor for 11 years but I wouldn’t do my own nose job for the same reason that a plastic surgeon shouldn’t represent himself in a capital criminal case.
