Literally my exact situation. Ongoing issues on both ends led me to realize that only having a cumulative ~6 months being single in my entire adult life as a 32 year old is contributing to my inability to communicate my frustrations without abandoning myself which has been creating ruptures that I don’t know how to fix. Her response? “Everyone lets me down I should’ve expected you would too”. I NEEDED this video today because omg I feel like the bad guy so much and I just don’t want to hurt her.
