Fruity Pebbles Marshamallow Ice Cream Cup #shorts #food #Recipe full recipe 👇🏿 Fruity Pebbles Marshmallow Ice Cream Cups Yield: 4–6 ice cream cups TOOLS NEEDED Clear plastic cups Mixing bowls Electric hand mixer Rubber spatula Microwave-safe bowl Popsicle sticks Spoon or piping bag --- ICE CREAM FILLING Ingredients 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk 1 cup Fruity Pebbles cereal, lightly crushed 2 tablespoons caramel sauce 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste Marshmallow Sauce 1 cup marshmallow fluff 2–3 tablespoons heavy cream --- WHITE CHOCOLATE SHELL Ingredients 16 oz white chocolate, chopped 2 tablespoons coconut oil Fruity Pebbles, for topping Extra melted white chocolate, for drizzling --- INSTRUCTIONS 1. Make the Ice Cream Filling 1. Add the cold heavy cream to a large mixing bowl. 2. Whip until stiff peaks form. 3. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce. 4. Add the vanilla and lightly crushed Fruity Pebbles. 5. Gently fold everything together until evenly combined. 2. Make the Marshmallow Sauce 1. Add the marshmallow fluff to a small bowl. 2. Mix in 2 tablespoons of heavy cream until smooth and pourable. 3. Add another tablespoon of heavy cream if needed. 4. Fold the marshmallow mixture into the ice cream filling. Don't completely overmix it. Leaving a few marshmallow swirls gives the ice cream a better marshmallow-treat flavor and texture. 5. Place the filling in the refrigerator while you prepare the cups. 3. Make the White Chocolate Cups 1. Melt the chopped white chocolate with the coconut oil until completely smooth. 2. Pour some melted chocolate into a clear plastic cup. 3. Rotate the cup so the chocolate completely coats the bottom and sides, then pour out the excess. 4. Freeze until firm. 5. Repeat this process two more times for a total of 3 chocolate layers. The shell should be thick enough to hold its shape once removed from the plastic cup. 4. Fill the Cups 1. Spoon or pipe the Fruity Pebbles ice cream mixture into each frozen chocolate shell. 2. Leave a little room at the top for the final chocolate layer. 3. Insert a popsicle stick into the center. 4. Freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight, until completely solid. 5. Seal & Finish 1. Pour a thin layer of melted white chocolate over the frozen ice cream to completely seal the cup. 2. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle Fruity Pebbles over the top. 3. Drizzle a little additional white chocolate over the cereal. 4. Return to the freezer until completely set. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
