I’ve heard majority of pills don’t end up getting broken down and absorbed by your body and end up in the toilet. I feel like the liquid is always easier for your body to absorb.

just started with the subliminal pills. my goodness for the first month. it was like a lightning bulb going off on my brain.😅.. really wish that the doctor had asked a few more questions after he told me I needed to start taking them because maybe we would have found the cancer a couple months earlier
