@garybrecka: MTHFR and COMT are two completely different genes, and understanding the difference matters. MTHFR is involved in how your body processes folate. COMT helps break down catecholamines like dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine. Certain variants can change how efficiently these enzymes function, but having a variant doesn't automatically mean you have a deficiency, anxiety, or need a specific supplement. This is why I'm such a believer in personalized health: know your genetics, understand what they actually mean, and then make decisions based on your individual biology.
