People who abandon their pets like this should never be able to adopt another animal again, ESPECIALLY since they signed off on euthanasia. They are the worst kind of people and should be banned from adopting for life. These animals deserve so much better than this.

We need to stop also giving dogs to irresponsible people. I’m tired of seeing these dogs somebody’s head just for a little while they give them up. They want a puppy or they have a dog and it’s too old so they bring it to the shelter.
