This just happened to me where I received the wrong item. I sent it back to the seller. She sending me the right product

Communication is the best thing try and just explain and be truthful hopefully they will understand accidents happen and you will fix it

This happened to my Husband. He ordered men socks and in return he received Betsy Johnson earrings. The seller did absolutely NOTHING to remedy the issue.

i always write on the package what the item is and the name of the buyer when i pack up the order so i don’t get them mixed up!!

this happened to me! a seller wasn’t sure if they sent out a wrong package to me. i loved the fact they told me and i told them that it wasn’t a big deal cause i can return the item easily for a refund. so just communicate with your buyer is all and let them know what they should do once they get the wrong package!

It happened to me after o closed the locker door I realized I made the mistake. Once the post office opened up the postal workers grabbed the packages and I was able to swap the labels.

I had an issue with USPS where they came to pick up the package and I had a few and they didn’t scan one and Vinted canceled my order even after I went to customer service support , and Filed a missing package with USPS, and still don’t know where the package is. I have Camera footage of the packages being picked up as well as an email confirmation. Always double check with USPS

Y can contact customer service and client when they get the item that have to choose there’s a problem do a claim to return . That’s why I love having my printer and do one at a time

my sister sells on vinted and she’s done this before and she said it’s actually pretty common and vinted actually let her keep the money when it happened to her
