They are missing a lot of the “anchor” stores and only recently opened a Sephora. They had a pop up Lululemon but they didn’t really have many other big popular retailers aside from H&M. The lower level has been a ghost town for years. They need an Aritzia, Uniqlo, Zara, and a food court refurbishment.
