Plz help. I got an invite to the launchpad program and by the time I went to re download lark and get set up, TikTok had refreshed and I couldn’t add my manager on lark because the invite was no longer there. My manager is supposed to be Katherine. Just trying to figure out to get that invite back. Tried to search her name on lark but that isn’t working either. And when I search launchpad I don’t see a hub. Plz help!

Can someone explain why we can’t request samples or add to showcase from the product marketplace? The only option is “add to cart” or “buy now” for every single thing. This is so frustrating! Even orders that I paid for— when I receive them and like them and want to add to my showcase— I can’t add those items. Please go back to the way it was! 😩😩😩
